We offers multi-disciplinary yoga classes for all levels and abilities; from the brand new beginner to the advanced practioner. Our current schedule includes Yoga Sculpt and Hatha Yoga classes. Your are invited to come practice in a fun, safe, supportive environment and be a part of our friendly, caring, and commited yoga students and teachers.
Hatha YogaThis class takes you through a series of postures designed to strengthen the body and improve flexibility simultaneously, working the body inside and out. Incorporates foundational principles from the 3 classical traditions of modern hatha yoga-Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Viniyoga. This yoga provides a wonderful systematic approach for students who are interested in developing a comprehensive and solid yoga foundation. It is marked with dynamics and precision allowing students to open the body in a slow and mindful manner. Invigorating poses as well as calming restorative poses will be taught with emphasis on proper alignment, connected breathing, symmetry and technique. Also in this style, students use yoga props to provide support while increaflexibility and to help them adapt poses to their own needs and abilities. Breath and sequences are also explored. While challenging, this class is for everyone, from athletes who need to work through old injuries to beginners who want to try a new style of yoga.
Power YogaUse this powerful, fitness based approach to Vinyasa style yoga to help improve your strength and maximize your flexibility. This is a challenging yoga class that will leave you wanting more.
Vinyasa BasicsFor those of you who are interested in learning more about Vinyasa style yoga, or just want a basic level yoga class to help rejuvenate your body, this is the class for you. It uses Vinyasa techniques to help spiritually energize and tone your body.
Vinyasa FlowThe word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement”, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. As you inhale your body will remain steady and strong and as you exhale you relax and lengthen into the posture.
Yoga SculptSculpt your body with this amazing hour of yoga that will have you sweating with yoga techniques that tone your body. At the end of class you will feel stronger yet relaxed and ready for the day.
